This role reports directly to the Director of Finance and includes frequent engagement with senior leadership.
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 remote; flexible schedule)
Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 10% bonus

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Revenue Management and Brand teams to evaluate offers, discounts, and passenger strategies against real-time booking trends.
- Deliver actionable financial analysis to drive immediate adjustments to pricing and promotions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, presenting data-driven recommendations with confidence.
- Translate financial insights into compelling marketing strategies executed across the right channels.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Inventory Management, and Operations to align revenue optimization with business objectives.
- Support forecasting, financial planning, and ad-hoc analysis with a strong focus on revenue growth and profitability.
- 3–8 years of progressive finance experience in FP&A, revenue management, or operational finance.
- Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills; Tableau/SQL a plus.
- Proven ability to identify risks, opportunities, and solutions independently.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills; able to simplify complex data for non-finance partners.
- Resilient, confident communicator who can defend recommendations in a collaborative, feedback-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field required.
