- Support leaders with clear financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to guide decisions
- Work with cross-functional teams to build financial models and assess impacts of initiatives
- Build strong relationships, communicate insights clearly, and present results to both finance and non-finance audiences
- Take initiative to solve problems, manage ambiguity, handle ad hoc requests, and identify risks and opportunities
- 5 years of related experience or public accounting experience
- BS in accounting, finance, or related
- SAP and Power BI experience is a plus
- Business partnering experience is a must have
