Regional Finance Manager

KBW has partnered with an established manufacturer in their search for a Finance Manager to lead the finance function and serve as a strategic business partner to operations leadership. This highly visible role will provide financial insight and guidance to drive profitable growth, improve operational performance, and support key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the finance function, ensuring accurate financial reporting, analysis, forecasting, and internal controls.
• Manage, develop, and mentor the finance team while driving accountability and continuous process improvement.
• Partner with operational leadership to improve profitability, gross margins, productivity, and overall financial performance.
• Oversee manufacturing cost accounting and inventory management.
• Lead the annual budget, monthly forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Analyze customer, product, and operational profitability to support pricing strategies and business decisions.
• Monitor and improve working capital performance, including inventory, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash flow.
• Enhance ERP utilization, reporting capabilities, and financial processes to improve efficiency and decision-making.
• Support CAPEX decisions, business case development, and strategic growth initiatives.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• More than five years of progressive finance experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
  
  

Compensation: $130,000 – 150,000 plus bonus and benefits package.
