Experience
- Collect and track subcontractor compliance documents (COIs, W-9s, licenses, waivers).
- Ensure all vendors remain compliant throughout each project and follow up on expirations.
- Support project accountants by providing accurate compliance info for timely billing.
- Review subcontractor invoices to confirm compliance before processing.
- Maintain organized, audit-ready project compliance files.
- Coordinate with project teams to resolve missing or incomplete documentation.
- 2 years of project admin, coordination, accounting support, or compliance experience.
- Experience with subcontractor documents (COIs, W-9s, insurance, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Proficient in Excel and basic accounting/project software.
