KBW Financial Staffing has teamed up with a $150 million, privately held distribution company that services commercial customers in their search for a Procurement Manager to take ownership of purchasing and logistics. This position will be a hands-on role and coordinate logistics, purchasing of equipment and parts and support operations to support the goals and business plan. This is a high profile role. Pay is competitive with comprehensive benefits. They are located in the Methuen, MA area.

- Manage and a small team, provide leadership by example and be a resource to all business operations.
- Supervise planning, logistics and consistently update the organizational plan
- Reporting and analysis on inventory, etc.
- Work with Marketing and Sales departments/managers on forecast analysis, trends, backorders and inventory levels
- Oversee international and domestic buying / planning process to ensure inventories meet planning and forecast needs.
- Work with new suppliers to plan and prepare purchasing strategies
- Material procurement, negotiations, contracts, purchase orders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 6 years of Supply Chain / Purchasing Management experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel including experience with ERP systems
- Exceptional analytical skills
- International experience desired

Salary : $110,000 - $130,000
