The Payroll Tax Administrator will report to the Payroll Manager and assist with tax notices, employee inquiries, and resolve payroll discrepancies. The Payroll Tax Administrator will perform the following:

The Payroll Tax Administrator will report to the Payroll Manager and assist with tax notices, employee inquiries, and resolve payroll discrepancies. The Payroll Tax Administrator will perform the following:
- Maintain accurate employee payroll records, including employer contributions
- Process weekly time sheets from the automated time collection system
- Prepare and submit tax files to third-party services for statutory payroll reporting
- Register new state withholding and unemployment accounts as required
- Review and resolve payroll tax notices from state agencies
- Support year-end reporting and W-2 processing
