Payroll & Compliance Specialist

KBW Financial Staffing is recruiting for a retail/services company in Salem, NH that is in need of a Payroll Specialist to join the team. They are looking for a Payroll Coordinator that can process payroll using ADP Workforce and support accounting and HR operations associated with payroll operations. The company is successful, and growing rapidly.

• Process payroll for up to 2500 employees that are hourly and salary at multiple locations.
• Proficiency with ADP or similar systems, strong Excel, and time keeping systems, helpful.
• Support audits, ensure compliance and tax compliance in several states.
• Make adjustments to benefits, support special projects, withholdings, track time, PTO and provide reporting as need to internal and external customers.
• Provide customer service to employees.
• Pay is $60k to $75k based on experience.
