Responsibilities For The Manager Of FP&A Position
- Lead financial planning processes including annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range planning
- Own and track key financial metrics such as revenue, margins, profitability, and cash flow
- Prepare executive-level reporting packages, including board materials and strategic analysis
- Develop financial models to support scenario planning, investment decisions, and growth initiatives
- Partner with business unit leaders to analyze performance and improve profitability across operations
- Establish and maintain standardized reporting processes and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen financial controls and data integrity
- Lead, mentor, and develop the FP&A team, setting performance expectations and driving continuous improvement
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 4 years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, including leadership responsibilities
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience working with ERP systems and financial planning tools
- Proven ability to communicate financial insights to executive leadership
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
