Contract-to-Hire Opportunity | Hybrid Schedule

A leading investment organization is seeking an Investor Support Analyst to provide critical support to investment professionals across global investment teams. This role will serve as a key point of contact for users, supporting trade lifecycle management systems, investment data, and portfolio analytics.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting investment professionals, strong knowledge of capital markets, and hands-on experience with front and middle office functions, including order management systems, portfolio analytics, and investment reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to investment professionals and act as a trusted advisor for system and data-related inquiries.
• Troubleshoot trade lifecycle management, data, and application issues while partnering with technical teams on resolutions.
• Support investment platforms related to holdings, exposures, risk analytics, transactions, benchmarks, and reporting.
• Assist with production support activities, including monitoring scheduled processes and resolving/escalating issues as needed.
• Communicate effectively with both business users and technology teams.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in investment, business, or systems analysis within global capital markets.
• Strong understanding of equities, fixed income, derivatives, and FX products.
• Experience with OMS platforms such as CRD, Murex, or similar investment systems preferred.
• Strong SQL skills required.
• Experience with investment data, portfolio analytics, performance, attribution, and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with investment professionals.
  
  

Compensation: $60–$67.50/hour Schedule: Hybrid (4 days onsite) Employment Type: Contract-to-hire opportunity with potential conversion after approximately one year.
