Responsibilities
- Reviewing and updating payment processes and controls
- Identify potential risks in the payroll process
- Evaluate responsibility allocation
- Assess integration requirement with HRIS
- Review payroll approvals and reconciliations
- Partner with HR, IT, and finance teams
- Help update reporting and analytics
- 5 year of previous experience
- Experience with systems such as ADP, UKG, Workday, etc.
- Strong Excel skills (pivots, v/x lookups, etc.)
