Financial Reporting:
- Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Develop financial reports and analyses for management review.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Oversee contract administration, collaborating with the Program Management Office (PMO) and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure financial compliance with contractual terms and obligations.
- Monitor contract performance, identifying financial risks or issues for mitigation.
- Support the development of tools and analytics to enhance decision-making for senior management.
- Refine financial processes to improve efficiency and professionalize operations.
- Participate in special projects essential to the company’s growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, or Accounting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
