Job Description/Responsibilities
- Assist with monthly forecasting for operating and restricted accounts
- Update and maintain financial dashboards and budget tracking tools
- Support the review and reconciliation of transactional data
- Generate journal entries and assist with documentation for internal fund transfers
- Collaborate with department leads to track discretionary spending and ensure alignment with approved budgets
- Monitor commitments as needed
- Support data entry, reporting, and cleanup within financial systems (e.g., SAP, Excel models, Power BI)
- Help prepare materials for financial reviews
- Provide backup support for Concur invoice processing
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting projects as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts)
