Finance Operations Associate

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is working with an established company local to the Concord, NH area in their search for a Finance Operations Associate. This position is onsite 5 days a week, with the potential for a hybrid work schedule in the future. This position will report to the Manager of Financial Operations.

Responsibilities For This Role Include

• Process high volumes of financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency
• Provide volume metrics and aging updates during weekly management reviews
• Collaborate closely with Operations and Finance teams to support business needs
• Track aging items and escalate when necessary to drive resolution
• Review and validate supporting documentation to ensure completeness and data integrity
• Run and distribute daily workflow and operational reports
  
  

Qualifications For This Role Include

• 1 years of Accounting or Finance experience
• Advanced Excel skills (vlookups, xlookups, pivot tables, etc.)
  
  

Compensation: Up to $24/hour DOE
