This role partners closely with leadership to manage spending, improve processes, and enhance financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
- Manage general ledger activity, internal controls, and accounting policies
- Oversee accounts payable, vendor payments, and expense approvals
- Partner with department leaders on budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
- Prepare management reports and analyze financial performance and cost drivers
- Support cash flow planning, financial modeling, and process improvement initiatives
- Assist with audit support and compliance requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5–8 years of accounting or finance experience
- Strong knowledge of month-end close, financial reporting, and GL accounting
- Proficiency with accounting systems and Excel
- NetSuite experience a plus
