Finance Manager

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a global life sciences organization seeking to hire a Finance Manager to support site-level financial performance and partner closely with leadership teams on financial reporting. This role will act as a key liaison between finance and operations, driving analysis, forecasting, and strategic decision making within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities For The Finance Manager Position

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to site leadership, providing insights to support operational and financial decisions
• Analyze financial performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods, identifying key drivers and opportunities
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, including identifying risks, trends, and performance improvement opportunities
• Support capital planning activities, including investment analysis, tracking, and spend oversight
• Evaluate operational performance metrics and drive initiatives to improve productivity and cost efficiency
• Validate and track cost savings initiatives, ensuring alignment with financial results
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, controls, and financial reporting standards
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation of more efficient financial and operational workflows
• Lead or support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• 5 years of progressive finance experience, including prior leadership or business partnering responsibilities within manufacturing, life sciences, etc.
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or operations-focused environments preferred
• Strong financial modeling and reporting skills
• Proven ability to partner with non-finance teams and influence decision-making
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial insights clearly
  
  

Salary: $120,000- $140,000 Bonus Excellent Benefits
