Credit and Collections Analyst

KBW Financial Staffing and Recruiting is working with a well-established company in the Bedford, NH area, seeking a Collections Analyst to manage a portfolio of mid-sized or aging B2B customer accounts. This role focuses on timely collections, resolving complex deductions, and collaborating with internal teams to address root causes of payment issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily collections activity across key accounts
• Research and resolve customer deductions and disputes
• Reconcile accounts and use customer portals for issue resolution
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and finance teams
• Present account status updates to internal stakeholders
  
  

Qualifications

• 3 years in commercial collections or AR
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar preferred
