Key Responsibilities
- Lead global accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, cash management, and working capital
- Own the month-end close and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting
- Partner with CFO and executive leadership to deliver clear insights on financial performance and key variances
- Cash forecasting and management
- Drive process improvements, system enhancements, and scalable infrastructure
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance – MBA preferred
- Experience in public accounting – CPA highly preferred
- Progressive experience in Accounting leadership (Controller / Director-level)
- Background in manufacturing, retail, or distribution environments; CPG experience strongly preferred
- Experience operating within global organizations and leading international teams
- Exposure to mid-to-large scale companies (beyond early-stage / small revenue environments)
- Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and investors
- Ability to Travel Domestically
