This is a newly created and highly visible role designed to support the Director of Finance by taking ownership of key accounting functions, strengthening processes, and contributing to ongoing growth.
Compensation: $145K–$160K

Key Qualifications
- Construction or manufacturing industry experience required
- Experience managing banking relationships
- Contract review exposure (insurance renewals, leases, vendor agreements, etc.)
- Strong Excel skills, building pivot tables, lookups, advanced formulas
- Thick-skinned, confident communicator; able to work with a direct leadership style
- Bachelor’s degree required; CPA/CMA preferred
- 5 years progressive accounting experience, including 2 years in management
- Lead day-to-day accounting operations: AP, AR, payroll, GL
- Prepare accurate monthly financial statements, reports, and forecasts
- Develop budgets and financial projections; analyze performance vs. plan
- Maintain GAAP compliance and strong internal controls
- Manage internal/external audits
- Oversee cash flow and working capital
- Partner with senior leadership on financial strategy
- Mentor and manage the accounting team
- Review insurance contracts, leases, and various agreements
