- Management of accounting operations
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to a large team
- Run month end close and provide related reporting
- Devise and implement process improvements
- Manage acquisition integration
- Assist with budget and forecast
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Develop reporting for sales and inventory
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Bachelors in accounting, finance or business
- More than 10 years of accounting experience
- 4 years of previous leadership of accounting teams
- Strong systems skills with large ERP
