- Drive collections performance by analyzing aging reports and prioritizing high-risk accounts to reduce delinquency
- Execute and refine collection strategies to improve cash flow and lower Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)
- Manage customer relationships by resolving overdue balances, negotiating payment plans, and handling disputes
- Lead and support team operations by guiding daily workflow and mentoring junior collections staff
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field preferred 3–5 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or credit
- Prior experience in a lead or supervisory capacity strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of collections processes
- Compensation: 65-75K
