Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily collections activities and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payment
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies and payment-related issues
- Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate account records
- Collaborate with internal departments including sales, customer service, and finance to resolve account concerns
- Prepare reporting and provide account status updates to internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in commercial collections or accounts receivable
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and formulas
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
Compensation: Up to $27/hour, depending on experience, plus benefits
