Collections Analyst

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is partnering with a client in the Bedford, NH area that is looking to add a Collections Analyst to their growing team. This is a permanent opportunity with a well-established organization seeking someone with strong Excel skills and a naturally analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily collections activities and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues
• Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate records
• Partner cross-functionally with sales, customer service, and finance teams to address account matters
• Prepare and present account status updates and reporting to internal stakeholders
  
  

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in commercial collections or accounts receivable
• Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and advanced formulas
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
  
  

Compensation: up to $27/HR depending on experience, plus benefits
