Chief of Staff

This high-impact position blends strategy, M&A execution, post-acquisition integration, and operational rigor to accelerate growth and deliver results.

Salary: $155,000–$175,000 (DOE) 15% bonus (with potential equity participation).

Location: Hybrid role based in Seacoast NH (local candidates preferred, 4 days/week onsite with some flexibility; occasional travel to Georgia office).

What You’ll Do

• Partner with the CEO to design, execute, and govern value creation initiatives across the portfolio.
• Support M&A diligence, build post-close value creation roadmaps, and translate underwriting assumptions into actionable operating plans.
• Own project management of integration efforts, including milestones, governance, and accountability structures.
• Lead executive integration meetings and maintain visibility into critical KPIs and financial targets.
• Create concise, insight-driven updates for the CEO, Board, and shareholders.
• Drive board-level reporting on synergy capture, performance vs. underwriting, and integration progress.
• Personally lead select high-impact strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Identify risks early, drive corrective action, and continuously surface new value levers.
• Build repeatable processes and governance structures that scale with the company’s growth.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 4–8 years in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or value creation roles.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities; experience with M&A transaction execution and post-merger integration.
• Knowledge: Proven success driving strategic initiatives in growth-stage or PE-backed companies.
• Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, influence, and presentation skills with executive presence for Board and C-suite interactions.
• Mindset: Strategic operator who thrives at the intersection of high-level thinking and hands-on execution; bias for action combined with strategic discipline.
• Location: Local to the Seacoast NH area for hybrid work (4 days/week onsite).
