Cash Flow Analyst

Needham MA - 4 days on site

1 year contract - TTP potential

$32-$38 per hour

This analyst position is designed to strengthen the firm’s operational infrastructure and support growing cash flow activity across portfolios. The Cash Flow Analyst will play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely processing of daily cash movements and supporting broader operational workflows within the investment management ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Process, monitor, and reconcile client-directed cash flows across multiple accounts and custodians to support our investors daily
• Coordinate with internal investment team (both onshore & offshore teams) and external partners to ensure accurate contributions and withdrawals, and other cash related activity
• Research and resolve cash breaks, discrepancies, and exceptions in a timely manner
• Support operational controls and documentation to ensure compliance with firm policies and industry standards. Where applicable, identify core functions that require new or updated procedures, and complete independently for review
• Assist with process improvements and workflow enhancements as the role evolves
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree mandatory
• Cash flow experience preferred
