Billing Specialist

We are working with a company in the Somerville, MA area who is seeking a Billing Specialist to join their team. This role is onsite but has FREE PARKING! This is contract-to-hire and can convert into a permanent role.

Responsibilities

  • Handling orders, invoicing, and billing pricing
  • Create and review invoices
  • Work with other departments on billing needs/questions
  • Handling any discrepancies with billing

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of billing/AR experience
  • Ability to work onsite in Somerville (FREE PARKING!)
  • Basic Excel skills
  • Oracle experience is nice to have, not required

Compensation Package: $22-25/hour depending on experience
