AR Analyst

A growing consumer products organization is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join their team in Burlington, MA. This position will focus on deductions research, account reconciliation, and customer payment analysis within a collaborative, fast-paced accounting environment.

$30/hr – $37/hr DOE

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with a hybrid schedule (4 days onsite / Fridays remote).

Job Description

• Investigate and resolve customer deductions and payment discrepancies
• Reconcile customer accounts and process credit memos as needed
• Partner with internal teams and customers to resolve disputes and inquiries
• Support AR processes including cash application and account analysis
• Identify trends and recommend process improvements to reduce deductions exposure
• Maintain accurate records and reporting related to AR activity
  
  

Job Requirements

• Strong Accounts Receivable experience required
• Deductions experience is a plus but not required
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills preferred
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, or IFS preferred
