Responsibilities
- Investigate variances and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and revenue-related activity
- Prepare and post journal entries with proper support
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Perform reconciliations across cash, accruals, prepaid, and fixed assets
- Manage AR/AP and cash application activities
- Process allocations, depreciation, and adjusting entries
- Support cost analysis including inventory and margins
- Minimum of 2 years of prior accounting experience
- Prior experience working within the GL
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
