Responsibilities
- Process and post accounts payable invoices and maintain related documentation
- Assist with accounts receivable invoicing, cash application, and payment tracking
- Enter and record cash transactions and maintain accurate accounting records
- Support fixed asset tracking and reconciliation within the accounting system
- Prepare and post journal entries and assist with general ledger reconciliations
- Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
- Maintain organized accounting records and support audit preparation
- Provide general administrative and accounting support to the accounting team
- High School Diploma required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration preferred
- 1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Basic understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Experience supporting AP, AR, or general accounting functions
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
