Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Scheduler to join the Nuclear or Engineering Projects team. In this role, you will develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, maintenance rules, and risk management practices. You will assist project managers with scheduling lifecycle, online, and outage projects, maintaining schedule integrity, and implementing scheduling methodology based on industry best practices. The role requires strong technical knowledge, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple teams.
This position may also support biennial refueling outages in the capacity designated and requires detailed knowledge of nuclear project operations, procedures, and personnel.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed schedules for assigned projects to ensure compliance with Technical Specifications and Maintenance Rules.
- Maintain lifecycle project schedules and ensure overall schedule integrity.
- Implement and standardize scheduling methodologies based on industry best practices.
- Support project scheduling for biennial refueling outages.
- Interface with Passport and Primavera scheduling tools to maintain accurate and timely schedules.
- Assist project managers in developing integrated schedules for online, outage, and life-cycle projects.
- Provide analysis and reporting on schedule status, risks, and resource requirements.
- Apply knowledge of work control processes, risk management, and plant operations to scheduling decisions.
- Communicate effectively with multiple disciplines, teams, and project stakeholders.
- Incorporate processes and procedures supporting project startup and closeout phases.
Candidates must meet one of the following criteria:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Nuclear Engineering, or Nuclear Technology and 5 years of nuclear power generation experience in operations, maintenance, engineering, or technical project management.
- Associate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Nuclear Engineering, or Nuclear Technology and 7 years of nuclear power generation experience in operations, maintenance, engineering, or technical project management.
- High school diploma or GED and 9 years of nuclear power generation experience in a journey-level craft, qualified watch station, field engineer, or Quality Control role within operations, maintenance, engineering, or quality assurance.
- Primavera P6 (or equivalent) scheduling certification; ability to interface Passport with scheduling systems
- Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance programs, risk management processes, and SQL-based report generation
- Strong understanding of work control processes, plant systems, and effects of isolating, testing, and restoring equipment
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and disciplines to develop integrated schedules
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- U.S. Citizenship Required
- Green Badge Level 2: must complete ePHQ, full background screen, FFD testing; access to buildings and plant areas as authorized
