General Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting Sales Representatives with relationship management, client service and sales activities on behalf of the firm’s Independent Wealth Channel (RIA), family offices and UHNW clients
- Assist with all preparation for client/prospect meetings
- Send follow-up materials such as presentations, client correspondence, financial and fee analyses, performance and attribution analyses, VDR information, etc.
- Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly portfolio performance reports via emails, fact sheets, and quarterly portfolio review presentations
- Arrange existing portfolio review and prospecting meetings on a monthly/quarterly basis for portfolio managers and supply the pre-meeting materials
- Handle the routine client service requirements such as wire transfers, required distributions, subscription documents, redemption notices, etc.
- Ad hoc special projects
- Salesforce experience highly preferred
- Must be familiar with custodian platforms like Schwab and Fidelity
- Exceptional relationship management and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to represent the firm with credibility and professionalism
- Self-starter with strong project management skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Bachelor's degree required
