- To Note: This role requires candidates to be onsite in our Boca Raton HQ office 5-days per week during initial onboarding / ramp-up period. Able to flex to hybrid schedule 3-days per week after being fully ramped.

- Create investor-facing materials such as press releases, earnings call scripts, and presentations
- Coordinate logistics for investor events including meetings, roadshows, and analyst days
- Manage and update the investor relations section of the company’s website
- Analyze sell-side reports and financial models to distill trends and insights
- Monitor competitors and prepare benchmarking reports on valuation and performance
- Prepare briefing materials for investor meetings and board presentations
- Maintain CRM records of investor interactions and engagement
- Contribute to retail investor communication initiatives and strategic projects
- Ensure messaging consistency across finance, legal, marketing, and executive teams
- 2 years in equity research or 3 years in public company investor relations
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and capital markets knowledge
- Excellent communication skills with a talent for translating data into compelling stories
- Industry experience or interest in consumer products, especially beverage or wellness
- Familiarity with SEC/Nasdaq regulations and disclosure norms
- Proficiency with CRM and IR platforms like FactSet, Nasdaq IR Insight, or Bloomberg
- Highly organized self-starter, able to handle multiple priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, communications, or related field
