We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Data Cloud Architect / Developer to design, implement, and optimize Data Cloud solutions that enable advanced customer data unification, analytics, and personalization.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Architecture
- Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to design scalable Data Cloud solutions aligned with business and technical objectives.
- Develop high-level and detailed design documentation for data ingestion, harmonization, identity resolution, calculated insights, and segmentation.
- Provide expertise in data model design, entity relationships, and unification strategies.
- Configure Data Cloud components, including data streams, mappings, data lake objects, and calculated insights.
- Implement segmentation strategies, consent models, and real-time personalization integrations.
- Build and manage data ingestion pipelines, ensuring accurate transformations and validations.
- Work closely with Salesforce architects, data engineers, analysts, and other stakeholders.
- Present solution options and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven, hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud / Customer Data Platform (CDP).
- Strong knowledge of data architecture, ETL/ELT processes, and data modeling principles.
- Practical experience with:
- Data streams, data bundles, identity resolution rules, data model objects (DMOs)
- Calculated insights, segmentation, activation connectors
- Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Core, MuleSoft, CRM Analytics).
- Expertise in performance optimization and troubleshooting in large-scale data environments.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
