Job Description
The Pilot Experience Facilitator is responsible for executing a pilot for an education
technology platform. This role exists to stress-test the program’s clarity, repeatability, and scalability.
What You Will Do
- Engagement Type: Contract / Pilot-Based
- Time Commitment: Part-time, session-based (5 weeks)
- Must reside within driving distance of 30127 (Powder Springs, GA).
- Date Range: January 28, 2026 - March 13th 2026
- On-site: Wednesday and Thursdays between 2:00PM-4:00PM. Remaining hours will be remote.
- Hours: 8-10 hours a week
- Mileage will be reimbursed.

What You Will Do
- Facilitate student centered pilot sessions using the provided curriculum and
- Follow session timing, pacing, and instructions as documented
- Create a calm, structured environment for students
- Ask clarification questions out loud when something is unclear
- Manage transitions, activities, and student flow
- Capture real-time observations on:
- Where students get confused
- Where instructions feel implicit or unclear
- Where you feel tempted to improvise
- Participate in post-session debriefs with supporting team members
- Submit brief written feedback after each session
- Has experience working with K-12 students (educator, instructional aide, program coordinator, youth facilitator)
- Is comfortable following structure and scripts precisely
- Can notice and articulate friction points clearly
- Is calm, grounded, and observant
