Job Description:
This role is heavily focused on die manufacturing and launch support, requiring both technical and hand skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-launch support: Initial setup, die trials, tooling handover.
- Die build confirmation: Oversee T0–T1 activities, DMR confirmation, shipping readiness.
- Toolroom/shop activities: Hands-on support for die line tryouts with Die Manufacturing and NAMC pilot teams.
- Die tryout and countermeasure setting: Support at NAMC and guide corrective actions.
- Data and documentation: Feedback for die design reviews, activity documentation, handover, and reflection.
- Safety, quality, productivity checks: Ensure compliance during die and part confirmation.
Technical Skills (Must have):
- Strong small tool hand skills.
- 5 years of Tool & Die experience.
- Basic computer skills: Microsoft Office, Data entry, XVL viewing, printing.
- Willingness to learn QuickBase software.
