Required Qualifications:
- Technical degree, Trade School, Welding School, Robotics Program, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Recent graduates with robotics, manufacturing, automation, or welding education may be considered.
- Understanding of robotic systems, automated manufacturing equipment, and production processes.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and follow technical standards.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Automotive manufacturing experience.
- Arc welding and/or MIG welding experience.
- Robot programming experience (online and offline programming).
- Manufacturing launch, commissioning, or equipment startup experience.
- Experience supporting automation equipment suppliers and production facilities.
Salary : $30 - $40
