About the Role

KayDev Technology is looking for an experienced ColdFusion Developer for a 30-month engagement with the New York State Office of Information Technology Services in Albany, NY, supporting NYS Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) software applications. Responsibilities include:

• Planning, designing, and implementing enhancements to DEC software applications in line with agency projects
• Keeping ColdFusion administration, configuration, and coding up to date across ColdFusion versions
• Maintaining Crystal Reports versions and supporting the reporting system used by DEC applications
• Remediating critical vulnerabilities through code changes and testing that functionality isn’t affected
• Resolving ITSM tickets for application issues and defects
• Analyzing and designing new features
• Keeping documentation current for the existing system and new modules

Required Qualifications

• 84 months of experience in ColdFusion programming, with proficiency in ColdFusion 2018 and above, and JavaScript programming.
• 84 months of experience in ColdFusion administration, Windows, web servers, managing software, and remediating vulnerabilities in ColdFusion 2018 and newer.
• 84 months of experience programming stored procedures and using Microsoft SQL Server (2016 and newer).
• 84 months of experience developing SAP Crystal Reports and managing Crystal Reports Server administration for Crystal Reports 2016 and newer.
• 60 months of experience with Python (3.9 and newer) and Java SE 17 and newer.
• 60 months of experience with security authentication using SAML/AD/ADFS.
