Role Description
This is a full-time Assistant Manager role located on-site in Columbus, IN. As an Assistant Manager at Kay Jewelers, you will be responsible for supervising daily operations, leading and motivating the team, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your duties will include overseeing sales, managing inventory, maintaining store appearance, and handling customer inquiries and concerns efficiently. You will work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and provide training and support to staff members.
