Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a full litigation caseload from inception through resolution
- Communicating directly with clients and providing regular case updates
- Taking and defending depositions
- Participating in motion practice and trials
- Handling a diverse range of professional liability matters, including claims involving attorneys, accountants, insurance professionals, and real estate agents

Qualifications:
- JD degree with excellent academic credentials
- Admittance to practice in California
- 4 years of experience in business litigation
- Experience in legal malpractice, accounting malpractice, and/or other professional liability matters is highly preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Base Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000
