Qualifications
- 4 years of employment litigation experience
- Juris Doctor (JD) Degree with excellent credentials
- Candidate must be licensed to practice law in New York
- Exceptional writing, research, oral and written communication skills
- Experience working on employment litigation matters, including but not limited to EPLI matters
- Communicating directly with clients and providing regular case updates
- Taking and defending depositions
- Participating in mediations, court appearances, motion practice, and trials

Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
