Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Work independently and collaboratively to manage all phases of complex litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
- Conduct and defend depositions, draft and argue substantive motions, handle oral arguments, and assist in trials in state and federal courts
- Handle cases from inception through resolution, ensuring effective case development, risk assessment, and client communication throughout

- 3 years of progressive experience handling all aspects of defense litigation matters in hospitality (preferably hotels or managed properties), premises or general liability, business/commercial litigation, or related area
- Trial and arbitration experience preferred
- Experience handling litigation in federal and state courts
- JD from an ABA approved Law School
- Admitted to practice in Texas
- Based in Dallas preferred, must be able to attend meetings and court appearances throughout Texas
