Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring that all food safety and sanitation standards are met.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Genius POS systems.
• Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining attention to detail.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and accurate order preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines during food handling and preparation.
• Assist with cash handling, including processing payments accurately and efficiently.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Familiarity with OpenTable for reservations management is a plus.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs accurately.
