Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area for a Content Creator/Videographer/Graphic Designer. The role involves planning, shooting, and editing high-quality photo and video content in-clinic, including patient journeys, procedure overviews, before-and-after highlights, and educational content for social media and the website. The team member will design graphics for digital campaigns, social media posts, landing pages, email marketing, and print materials that align with the brand’s aesthetic and voice under the direction of our Head of Marketing. They will collaborate closely with clinical and front-office staff to capture authentic content, manage content calendars, and adapt assets for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and the practice website. Daily responsibilities also include organizing media assets, ensuring brand consistency, incorporating feedback from stakeholders, and staying current with trends in aesthetic medicine and digital content.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in content creation, including hands-on video production (filming, lighting, audio) and photography for digital platforms.
- Strong video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software, with an eye for pacing, storytelling, and visual quality.
- Graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or comparable tools to create polished, on-brand visual assets.
- Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing channels (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, websites, email), with understanding of best practices and trends.
- Ability to plan and manage a content calendar, translate marketing goals into creative concepts, and adapt messaging for different audiences.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills, attention to detail, and strong sense of aesthetics suited to luxury, healthcare, or beauty brands.
- Comfort working in a medical environment, with professionalism and sensitivity to patient privacy and confidentiality (experience in healthcare, beauty, or wellness is a plus).
- Ability to work on-site full time, manage multiple projects, respond to feedback constructively, and collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative teams.
