Karner Psychological Associates is currently seeking a talented Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join their dedicated team at our Watertown location. This position presents an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment focused on providing exceptional mental health care.
Credentials with Medicare and other health insurance plans are a plus but not a requirement. Compensation is competitive. Hours are flexible. We provide a collegial environment with excellent support staff who take care of scheduling, billing, marketing, credentialing, and managing the offices.

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations.
- Provide follow-up medication management.
- Collaborate with therapists and healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing with Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner specialization.
- Board Certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
- Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Per NY guidelines, 3,400 hours of direct clinical experience.
- Previous experience in psychiatric evaluations and medication management preferred.
- Previous experience administering or interested in TMS preferred.
Pay: $155,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
