Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and organized Intake Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in facilitating a positive experience for our clients as they begin their journey toward improved mental health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage patient scheduling and coordinate appointments
- Conduct initial intake assessments and gather necessary patient information
- Maintain accurate data entry and manage patient records using InSync EMR
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- Previous medical office experience required
- Strong customer service skills
- Able to go in-person to our office
- Proficiency in data entry and attention to detail
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems; experience with InSync is a plus
