Now Hiring Caregivers – Daytime, Evening & Overnight Shifts Available, Full-time and Part-time hours available in Lynchburg and surrounding areas
Are you compassionate, dependable, and looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others? We are currently seeking dedicated Caregivers to join our growing team. Multiple shifts are available including days, evenings, and overnights.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and companionship to clients
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
- Support clients in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and office staff
Qualifications
- Experience providing personal care preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license required
- Active auto insurance required
- Your own reliable vehicle to drive yourself to and from assignments
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Genuine desire to help others

What You Bring:
- Genuine desire to serve and care for others.
- Previous caregiving experience (professional or personal) PCA, CNA or NA preferred but not required — we provide training.
- Dependable, compassionate, and respectful attitude.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Must pass background screening and have reliable transportation.
- Familiarity with geriatric care and the needs of older adults
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients as needed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
