Residential HVAC Tune-Up Technician

Compensation & Benefits Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus spiffs and performance incentives. Benefits:

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch). Occasional overtime may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, tune-ups, and minor repairs on residential heating and cooling systems
- Safely operate ladders, tools, and equipment while strictly following all safety procedures
- Load/unload trucks and assist with stocking supplies and equipment
- Complete daily time cards and paperwork accurately
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and arrive on time daily
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
- Participate in ongoing training classes and work toward NATE certifications
Requirements:
- 1 years of HVAC maintenance or tune-up experience preferred
- HVAC trade school graduation or certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Willingness to learn and follow both written and verbal instructions
- Basic safety knowledge and awareness
- Reliable, coachable attitude with a strong work ethic
