Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour (based on experience) spiffs and performance incentives
- Health Insurance (70% company-paid for employee / 50% for family)

- Sick Leave (accrued at 1 hour per 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours)

Schedule: Monday - Friday with an 8:00 AM start time. Work typically ends when service calls are completed (30-minute lunch). Occasional overtime may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and perform maintenance on all makes and models of residential heating and air conditioning equipment
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every job
- Work independently while collaborating with a supportive, team-focused group
- Continuously improve your technical knowledge and customer-facing skills
- Represent the company professionally and help build long-term customer relationships
Requirements:
- 2 years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
- EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- Positive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship
Preferred Qualifications:
- HVAC trade school certificate
- NATE certification
