Residential HVAC Sales Consultant

Compensation & Benefits Pay: Unlimited earning potential of $100K per year through base pay, commission, and spiffs. Benefits:

Schedule: Approximately 40 hours per week, with flexibility required for some evenings and weekends based on customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that resolve issues while driving strong referral business.
- Conduct in-home sales presentations and deliver proposals following the company's proven sales process.
- Build accurate quotes and proactively follow up with customers to close sales and advance projects.
- Educate homeowners on the value of high-efficiency equipment, available upgrades, and current promotions.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by addressing questions, concerns, and follow-up needs.
- Keep current with the latest HVAC products, technologies, and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Comfortable conducting sales presentations inside customers' homes
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and self-motivation
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to effectively use company-provided technology and tools
- Prior industry experience is preferred but not required
