Role Overview
This position is suited to an experienced Senior Project Leader with 10 to 15 years of professional experience and proven transport project exposure.
You will take ownership of projects from early feasibility through to construction delivery, ensuring design integrity, consultant coordination and commercial performance are aligned at every stage.
This role requires someone confident managing multidisciplinary teams, navigating stakeholder environments and delivering technically robust outcomes within complex regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead transport and infrastructure projects end to end
• Manage design development through documentation and construction phases
• Coordinate consultants and multidisciplinary teams
• Oversee programme, budget and risk management
• Liaise with government stakeholders and delivery authorities
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards
• Mentor and guide junior team members
Skills & Experience
• 10 years experience within architectural practice
• Demonstrated transport project experience
• Strong delivery capability with end to end project ownership
• Experience working within public or government frameworks
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proficiency in Revit and documentation leadership
• Registered Architect preferred
