Senior Project Leader – Class 2 Residential
Location: Sydney CBD
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: $190,000 package bonus
Step into a role where you’ll lead major high-rise residential projects and have real influence over how they’re delivered.
Operating on the developer side, you’ll be involved from early-stage feasibility through to construction, giving you full visibility across the lifecycle, not just delivery at the back end.
Based across active Sydney project locations, you’ll be working on large, high-profile developments that are already underway. Recent and current projects include a multi-building residential complex valued between $800M–$1B, along with a 3,000-apartment precinct with an end value exceeding $1B. You’ll be stepping into projects of a similar scale, building a strong portfolio of landmark residential towers.
With direct access to senior decision-makers, you’ll be trusted to take ownership, make decisions and keep projects moving. The environment is fast-paced, delivery-focused and suited to someone who wants to stay close to the detail while operating at a high level.

What you’ll do
• Lead the delivery of high-rise residential projects from design coordination through to completion
• Manage programme, cost and risk to ensure projects stay on track
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and internal teams across all phases
• Review design documentation and resolve buildability challenges
• Manage RFIs, site issues and key delivery milestones
• Contribute to early-stage planning decisions from a developer perspective
What you’ll need
• Proven experience delivering large-scale residential projects
• Strong understanding of construction methodology and project sequencing
• Commercial awareness with the ability to balance cost, programme and quality
• Confidence managing stakeholders and driving project outcomes
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and keep projects moving
